Position:  Industrial Maintenance Technician

POSITION SUMMARY

The PSI Group, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our teams in all three of our locations: Williamsport MD, McAdoo PA and Connellsville PA. Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the various production machines and equipment in our manufacturing facility. Good attendance is a must!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• 2-3+ years of Industrial Mechanical and Electrical experience.
• Safety First Mentality.
• Solid knowledge and experience working with Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems in an industrial settings.
• Working with voltages up to 480
• Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with programming PLC's and utilizing PLC's as a trouble shooting tool
• Core schedules for these positions are as follows:  1st shift positions: Monday through Friday with periodic (required) overtime, 2nd shift positions: Monday through Thursday 3:30pm to 1:30am with periodic (required) overtime.  These positions do not require working a rotating shift schedule.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast paced environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• 2+ years experience (minimum) with welding and fabrication.

To be successful in this position, you must be willing to make a commitment of time and effort to become part of a team producing quality corrugated boxes in a safe, drug free environment. Experience in Industrial electrical/mechanics in a manufacturing environment is required.
