POSITION SUMMARY
The PSI Packaging Services, Inc., PA, a leading manufacturer of corrugated boxes, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to work onsite in a customers warehouse located in the Beaver, Pa area. This is a full time position, the core schedule for this position is Monday through Friday (includes 30 minute unpaid lunch) 6:00 am through 2:30 pm and includes the ability to work occasional overtime as needed.This position does not require the scheduling flexibility to work a rotating shift. Because of the nature of this position, the person selected should have a proven track record of being able to work independently with little or no direct supervision. This position will be responsible for the safe loading, unloading, storage and inventory control of product. In addition to manual operations, the safe operation of various equipment to move, load, unload, store, and transport materials and product within warehouse will include operation of stand-up and sit-down fork trucks, manual pallet jacks, and powered pallet jacks.This position requires the use of Inventory Management Systems and RF devices to allocate product releases and manage real time inventory. Candidate should be comfortable receiving and printing daily PO releases from customers's AS/400 system. This would include entering and providing daily releases into PSI system to update inventory and initiate invoicing. Some situations may require the ability to move the materials manually into our customer's designated locations. Reliable attendance is a must!
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safety First Mentality
- 3 - 5 years Fork Lift Operator/Material Handler experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong skill set with Microsoft Office, Inventory Management Systems and bar coding scanning systems.
- Proven track record of working independently in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work core schedules as follows:
- Monday through Friday 6:00 am through 2:30 pm
- Requires that ability to work overtime as necessary.
- Knowledge of safe fork lift operations.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
- Physical ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Physical ability to bend, reach, stoop, crouch or kneel for extended periods of time.
- Communication - Strong verbal and interactive skills required with both customer and PSI co-workers.
To be successful in this position, you must be willing to make a commitment of time and effort to become part of a team producing quality corrugated boxes in a safe, drug free environment. Experience in operating fork lifts in a warehouse environment is strongly preferred.

Starting pay range is $24.00 with opportunity for overtime dependent upon business needs.
